Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute requests can often be done with 3–7 days' notice. Orders placed less than 7 days out may include a rush fee.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the design. Small garlands take about 30–45 minutes, and full venue transformations can take 2–3 hours. We coordinate timing with your venue and arrive early so everything is ready before guests arrive.
Can you match specific colors, themes or branding?
Absolutely. Custom colors and themed designs are our specialty. Share fabric swatches, Pinterest boards or color codes, and we can also work in your logo and brand colors for company events.
Can balloon décor go outdoors?
Yes. We use outdoor-rated balloons and secure anchoring. Extreme heat (95°F and up), direct sun or strong wind can shorten how long balloons last, so we'll recommend the best option for your venue during the consultation.
How long do the decorations last?
Air-filled garlands and installations usually last 5–7 days indoors with proper care. Helium balloons last 8–12 hours, depending on size and environment. We use premium balloons and sealants so they last as long as possible.
